- WHAT IS THE CURENT TURNAROUND?

All of our orders will be delivered by Royal Mail & DPD (you have the option to choose the delivery company at the checkout). After you have placed and paid your order, it takes 1 day for it to be made and packaged and ready to be shipped.

• Please note that "SHIP BY DATE" is NOT same to the actual "DELIVERY DATE".
- SHIP BY DATE: When your package leaves our studio (Currently ss taking 1-2 business days to make orders after you place it).

- DELIVERY DATE: When your package arrives to you.
• For an ETA you can check your Etsy receipt for the estimated ship date. Simply go to your purchases and look for the receipt from our shop (AMjewelleryUK)

- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

UK: 2 - 5 business days
Germany: 3 - 7 business days
European Union: 3 - 7 business days
Europe: 3 - 10 business days
USA: 3 - 14 business days
Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, USA: 4 - 12 business days

- DELIVERY INFORMATION -

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class (1-3 days). If no-one is present at your address on delivery, a card will be left for you to rearrange delivery or collect your item from your local Post Office depot.
- International orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery and signed.
- We are unable to accept responsibility for late or undelivered parcels due to Royal Mail, third-party mail services providers, customs or addresses (including post codes) being quoted incorrectly.
- The timings given are estimated. It can bee sooner or longer depends on the location and local mail service. Any delay at the destination countries is beyond my control. Buyers are responsible for any duties or customs charges that may be incurred.

RETURNED PARCELS DUE TO FAULTY ADDRESS

Sometimes I get returned parcels from customers due to faulty address. I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:

- The address provided by you was not correct.
- The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

The order will be shipped to your ETSY address. Please make sure you provide the correct address.

I am happy to offer a RESHIPPING service once the jewelry has been sent back to me (customer cover delivery expenses).

In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and the re-shipping cost is applicable before sending the package again.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

If returning items from outside the UK, you must write “RETURNED GOODS” prominently on the package. For any packages not marked as such, we will unfortunately have to deduct any customs fees, taxes and/or brokerage charges from the refund amount. We kindly request that returns are dispatched back to us within a maximum of 7-10 days from the date of receiving the item

- MY ITEM HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

- Please be reassured that I always do my best to ensure your items are packaged to arrive with you in perfect condition! I understand, however, that accidents in transit can happen and I will do my best to resolve any issues for you!

- Should you receive a damaged item, please pop me an ETSY message on the day of receiving your goods, providing a couple of photos of the item(s) you have received. I aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours of receipt.

- Please note, if an item has been worn or has become broken or damaged after use, it may be necessary for me to receive the item back in order for repairs to be made. In these circumstances the buyer must pay for the return postage costs.

- I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, HOW TO FIX IT?

You can send us a message via ETSY convo where one of our customer service members will assist you. Please include in your message the following:

- Order Number
- Pictures if neccesary
- Describe the problem.

Our customer service member will do the best to reply as soon as possible and find the best ideal resolution for your issue.

Based on your problem we will check if the error has to do anything with us (printing issues, input errors, wrong item shipped to you) .
If the inconvenience has ben caused by our fault we will provide the best solution free of charge.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To maintain the quality of your jewelry:
• Remove jewellery before going to bed;
• Remove jewellery when bathing, showering or swimming;
• Avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotions or other chemicals;
• Avoid direct sunlight and keep it away from humidity;
• For light cleaning wipe it with a soft cloth;
• Store the jewellery away in a dry place

RETURN

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.All items must be returned unworn and in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs must be paid by buyers.
- Please retain your proof of posting certificate (send a photo to us). We are not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.
- If exchanging, you are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
- As soon as the returned items are received, we will immediately issue a refund with a deduction of the packaging and handling costs (10% of the item price).
-The Shipping Postage cost and Gift Bag (Gift Wrapping) cost is NON-REFUNDABLE.
